When I sat down to write this referral, I didn’t know where to begin. There is so much I could say and it still wouldn’t quite cover it. I will start with the bottom line: Kris is amazing. I grew up around realtors.. my father was one for 35+ years. In all that time I’ve never known an agent quite like Kris. Kris goes all out and then some to answer your questions, gives you guidance, offers great suggestions if you are interested and will just go to the mat on your behalf. She really takes an interest in your wants and needs in a new home and does it with genuine enthusiasm. We met Kris after selling our first home and not being satisfied with the level of support from our previous agent. After doing some research and speaking with some Henry residents who have worked with Kris, we decided to reach out. From the first few minutes of her call, Kris had me laughing and offered to meet us that afternoon to look at some houses. We ended up deciding to build a home that very evening. Throughout the 3 month building process, Kris and Traci stayed in almost daily contact with us. When we were frustrated, Kris always offered to intervene on our behalf. She connected us with a lender, worked with all parties non-stop to shepherd the deal and made sure that we got the home that we wanted.
